Welcome to Glimmer Nail Shop! By purchasing from glimmernailshop.com, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before making a purchase. 

General

Glimmer Nail Shop specializes in handmade, custom press-on nails and nail accessories. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.

Products & Custom Orders

  • All nail sets are handmade and may have slight variations.
  • Colors and designs may appear different due to lighting, screen settings, or material availability.
  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size. We strongly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit prior to ordering to ensure accuracy. We do NOT issue refunds due to Sizing Errors. 
  • The purchase of a Sizing Kit is required for Custom Orders. This kit may be purchased on glimmernailshop.com or at an in-person event. If a Sizing Kit has not been purchased prior to placing a Custom Order, the order will be subject to cancellation.
  • Once production has begun, designs and sizes cannot be changed.
  • Standard orders include 10 nails per set. 

Order Processing & Turnaround Time

  • For Standard Size sets, processing takes 3-7 business days.
  • For custom orders, processing may take up to 14 business days. 
  • Processing time does not include shipping time.
  • During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping

  • Glimmer Nail Shop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
  • Refunds will not be issued for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review and assist.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after placing an order and are not guaranteed.

Nail Wear & Care Disclaimer

  • Wear time varies depending on application, lifestyle, and nail preparation. It is advised to wear the nails no longer than 10 days. 
  • Glimmer Nail Shop is not responsible for improper application, removal, or damage to natural nails.
  • Always follow the included application and removal instructions for best results.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website -including product designs, images, logos, text, and branding -is the property of Glimmer Nail Shop and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Privacy

Your personal information is used solely to process orders and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information except as necessary to operate our business (e.g., payment processing and shipping services).
