Due to the handmade nature of our press-on nails and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please note that we do not offer refunds due to sizing or length issues, as we provide multiple tools and guides to help you find your perfect fit before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
